We are situated on ~45 acres of which we have ~2 acres of vineyard, apple trees, blueberries, pear, peaches and plum trees.  We use sap from our maple trees to make pure maple syrup and abundant wildflowers to make honey.  Our products are made in small batches and handcrafted for quality. Come visit us and enjoy a walk through the grounds, wine tasting, sample food pairings and local breads and cheeses.  Bring a picnic and spend the afternoon.  Opening late Spring 2017.

Wine

Our farm has a 1.85 acre vineyard on a rolling hill.  The view from the top is spectacular and it is our hope that everyone who comes to taste our wines can also enjoy the peaceful setting.  We released four wines from the 2015 vintage, our first!  Our second vintages include a semi sweet Cayuga and our first red blend called Synergy.  We recently opened a small tasting room where you can taste and buy our first vintages from the farm. We are currently opened Saturdays and Sundays 11-4pm through Thanksgiving.

We will continue to sell our wines at a local winter farmers market in Worcester, MA - The Canal District Market - from 9-12 on Saturdays in 2018/2019.  Stay tuned to Facebook, Instagram and this website for more updates!

WINE MENU

2015 Seyval is a dry white wine that bursts with flavors of grapefruit and citrus but has nicely balanced acidity.  It pairs well with seafood, spicy dishes, and light apps.

2015 Vidal Dry is a dry white wine that has bright citrus flavors and notes of grape and green apple.  It's balanced acidity pairs well with seafood, mild cheeses and lightly spiced dishes.

2015 Vidal Semi-Dry is a white wine with slight sweetness that balances flavors of grape and green apple.  It pairs well with seafood, spicy dishes and strong cheeses.

2016 Cayuga is a semi-sweet wine produced from Cayuga grapes with hints of citrus, stonefruit, and honey.  Comparable to a semi-sweet Riesling.

2016 Synergy Red Blend is a bold hybrid varietal blend of 75% Marquette, oak aged for one year, and 25% stainless aged Noiret.  The result is a rich, fruit forward wine with warm cherry, ripe plum, white pepper spice, and light vanilla undertones in the lingering finish.

Our first estate wines were fermented in the fall of 2017 after harvesting our grapes with the help of many friends and family.  We are anxious to release them sometime later this year.

Marquette is a hybrid grapevine developed in Minnesota and is a descendant of the Pinot Noir varietal.  A very cold hardy grape, this varietal will do well in our cool winters and hot summers.  It has more foliage than our Cayuga and is noticeable when you look at our vineyard.  It is located in rows 9-17. 

Cayuga is also a very cold hardy hybrid grapevine,  common in the finger lakes region of NY.  It makes a very light, fresh wine that can be fermented dry or back-sweetened. It is located in our vineyard rows 1-8. We look forward to making fantastic wines out of these hybrid grape varietals!
