W H I T E

2022 Seyval is a dry white wine that bursts with flavors of grapefruit and citrus with a nicely balanced acidity. Clean and bright, it pairs well with seafood, spicy dishes, and light apps. 11.9% ABV. $8/glass $20/bottle

2023 Cayuga White is a semi-dry white wine produced from cold hardy Cayuga White grapes. It has refreshing flavors of citrus, stone fruit and honey with a touch of sweetness. Pairs well with sharp cheese, seafood, and poultry dishes. 12.3% ABV. $8/glass $20/bottle

2023 Sauvignon Blanc is our first vinifera style wine! It is crafted from Chilean grapes grown in the southern hemisphere. Aged in stainless steel, it bursts with flavors of lemon and honeydew melon. Light to medium body with firm acidity. Pairs perfectly with chicken, fish, spicy dishes, or stronger cheese on a perfectly arranged charcuterie board. 12.3% ABV. $8/glass $20/bottle

R O S É

Delicate is a dry, European-style rosé crafted from grenache grapes sourced from California. Lightly filtered, it bursts with fresh, spring flavors. Aromas of melon and floral notes are accompanied by juicy flavors of ripe strawberry, papaya, and fresh watermelon. 12.9% ABV. $9/glass $24/bottle

S P A R K L I N G

2022 CAY POP is a traditional method sparkling wine blend of 35%-estate Cayuga White/65%-NY Vidal Blanc. This wine is fermented dry, then just before bottling a tirage of additional yeast is added along with our maple syrup as the sugar source. This restarts a fermentation. The result is delicate bubbles, lemonade acidity, and honey on toast. Some cloudiness and sediment is normal. This wine is alive. 12% ABV. $8/glass $22/bottle

2022 Golden Hour is a sparkling white wine crafted from La Crescent grapes, sourced from our friends at the Allen Vineyard in Barre, MA. It pours a rich, golden color with crisp acidity and luscious flavors of peach and apricot. Perfect for any occasion, from sunrise to sunset. 12.5% ABV. $8/glass $22/bottle

2023 Cosmic Love is a red wine spritzer made by blending wine with seltzer and citrus resulting in a delicious and refreshing drink. It has a deep purple color with flavors of dark berries, ripe lemon and blood orange. This wine is unfiltered so a slight cloudiness is expected. 7.4% ABV. $8/glass $24/4-pack

R E D

2022 SS Noiret is a medium-bodied, dry red wine that has been aged in stainless steel. Due to the absence of oak aging, it’s especially fruit forward with a punch of peppery notes backed by blueberry and dark cherry. Pairs with baked macaroni and cheese or red meat dressed with a cream sauce. Compare to our 2021 Oaked Noiret. 12.4% ABV. $8/glass $22/bottle

2021 Noiret is a medium-bodied, dry red wine aged for 15 months in a blend of American & French oak barrels. We taste berry jam, hints of herbal mint and coffee with vanilla notes. Pairs well with red meats, soft cheese, and dark chocolate. 12.5% ABV. $8/glass $22/bottle

2019 Port is a fortified ruby port-style dessert wine crafted from Noiret grapes and blended with our estate produced maple syrup. Aged for 45 months in American oak barrels. It has rich flavors of plum, raisin, and vanilla. Enjoy with good company after a delicious meal. 17.5% ABV. 375ml bottle. N/A by the glass. $28/bottle

PROPAGATION SERIES
Limited release, small batch wines. Raw, Wild, Natural.

2021 Unfiltered Seyval is a dry white wine that has spent extended time on the yeast lees, resulting in a nutty, bread-like flavor and creamier mouthfeel. The acidity and citrus tones are muted and some sediment is expected. Compare to our standard Seyval for a striking difference achieved by contrasting winemaking techniques. Pairs with white fish, shellfish, and pasta with pesto sauce. 12.4% ABV. $8/glass $20/bottle

2021 La Crescent is a bold, semi-dry white wine that has flavors of lemon, grapefruit, and a hint of apricot. After a natural yeast fermentation it is left unfiltered and unfined to preserve flavor. Light lees will be present in the bottle. No added sulfites. 100% sourced from our friends at the Allen Vineyard in Barre, MA. Pairs with spicy dishes, bold cheese, or creamy white sauces. 11.2% ABV. $8/glass $20/bottle

2022 Pét-Nat (Pétillant Naturel) is a dry, naturally sparkling wine crafted from Vidal Blanc grapes. Bottled before primary fermentation is complete, yeast continues to ferment the remaining sugars under crown cap, creating fine bubbles. On opening, the lees create a beautiful cloudiness that resembles, and tastes of, grapefruit juice with a tart citrus rind acidity. Unfined and unfiltered. No yeast or sulfites added. Pour slowly off yeast sediment, or lightly swirl to mix and consume. 12.5% ABV. $10/glass $32/bottle

C I D E R
Our semi-dry hard apple ciders are crafted with a blend of Macintosh and heirloom varietals.

Maple, sweetened with our own delicious MA made maple syrup. Unfiltered, it’s a tasty balance of tart apples and just the right amount of maple sweetness. 6% ABV. $8/glass $16/4-Pack

Pineapple Ginger, blended with fresh pineapple and a pinch of ginger to finish it off with a zing. Like Maple, it's also unfiltered. 6% ABV. $8/glass $16/4-Pack

Sauce, cranberry infused hard cider. It has nice acidity with just a bit of tart cranberry flavor over a still obvious apple base. Described by friends as “crushable”, we agree! 6% ABV. $8/glass $16/4-Pack

Blueberry Pancake, sweetened with our own delicious MA made maple syrup and then blended with fresh blueberry purée. Unfiltered, it’s a perfect dessert cider for the colder winter months. 6% ABV. $8/glass $16/4-Pack

LOCAL BEER
We are currently offering 1-2 local beers from our friends at 7 Saws in Holden, MA and Stone Cow in Barre, MA.

*Dog Policy - We are dog friendly. Dogs are allowed on the grounds and deck area, but not inside the tasting room. We just ask that you please keep dogs on a leash at all times and clean up any messes. Thank you!
